Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic SAP team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling modules, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate client requirements into SAP solutions. This role includes end-to-end project involvement including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO solutions.
• Analyze complex business processes and map them to SAP functionalities.
• Work on integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders for solution delivery.
• Conduct workshops, document functional specifications, and prepare test cases.
• Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, COPA, etc.).
• Minimum 2-3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience in integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in writing functional specifications and working with ABAP developers.
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• SAP Certification in FICO is a plus.
