Job Details

Role: Oracle BPM developer

Location: Remote

Type of position: Contract

Duration: 12+months

Project Overview: Lead the migration of Oracle BPM workflows and business processes from existing enterprise applications ensuring business continuity and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and migrate existing Oracle BPM workflows for enterprise asset management processes
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational workflows and approval processes
  • Develop integration between BPM workflows and migrated Java applications
  • Create process flows, diagrams, and technical specifications for migrated workflows
  • Implement business rules engines and human task management for operations
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and client policies
  • Provide training and documentation for migrated BPM processes

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of Oracle BPM Suite 11g/12c implementation experience
  • Strong expertise in BPEL orchestration, Mediator, and Workflow components
  • Experience with Oracle SOA Suite and Web Services (SOAP, REST, WSDL)
  • Proficiency in Oracle database integration and PL/SQL development
  • Knowledge of business process modeling and workflow optimization
  • Experience with cloud-based BPM deployments preferred
  • Enterprise application or infrastructure management industry experience is highly valued

Preferred Qualifications for All Positions

  • Previous experience with large-scale enterprise migrations
  • Agile/Scrum methodology experience
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
