Pay Range: $50 - $55 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple technical programs/projects within the Enterprise and Card Technology teams.
  • Connect and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  • Drive process refinement, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support and execute cyber-intent refinement activities within the Card Tech function.
  • Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Utilize tools such as JIRA and Confluence for tracking, documentation, and reporting.
  • Provide project updates and ensure teams remain aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • 7 years of Project Management/Program Management experience.
  • Strong technical background (must be able to understand engineering concepts; not seeking Scrum Masters or Agile Leads).
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong documentation capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
