Job Description:
- Lead large, complex IT and software development projects across HHSC, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
- Oversee the SDLC process, ensuring business requirements are translated into technical specifications and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project plans, risk registers, issue logs, and contingency strategies while ensuring timely project reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams, providing clear communication and updates.
- Facilitate Agile methodologies, manage feature-driven sprints, and track development progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead multi-million-dollar IT initiatives and present weekly project status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
