Job Details
We are seeking a Sr. Workday Manager who would be responsible for executing the vision for the existing Workday ecosystem. This includes our Workday Human Capital Management, Financials, and Adaptive Insights business applications. The qualified candidate would be spearheading the optimization of our application usage and business process performance. We are looking for someone who can take complete ownership of the platform, and naturally have strong communication, and collaboration ability, in order to accomplish companywide goals related to the Workday ecosystem.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completion and maintenance of functional roadmaps.
- Application & Business Process Enhancements Scoping, planning, and execution.
- System Availability, and Security Standards.
- User Support - Managing the completion of Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalated support cases for Workday.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing the Workday ecosystem, which includes Workday Financials and Human Capital Management.
- Experience building, and maturing a full suite Workday ecosystem.
- People management experience including cross-functional and third party providers.
- FDM experience.
- Experience working with legal entities.
