Hybrid (2-3 days onsite in Arden Hills, MN)

Our client is looking for a Salesforce Product Manager who can lead projects and upcoming Salesforce initiatives. This individual needs to be a thought leader, not an order taker. They need someone who has strong leadership experience and experience in Agile. Candidate doesn't need Med-device experience but the client would like to see someone experienced with working with field sales teams to gather insights, present admin inefficiencies and recommend product and technical upgrades/changes to business leadership, with the overarching goal to reduce the admin time spent by field sales teams and advise on solutions that support it.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

• Create user stories and writing test scripts (will be the person writing the test scripts, not delegating to the team)
• Coordinate and integrate multiple projects, driving collaboration and synergy across teams to achieve quality outcomes.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Manage the release process, including coordinating release schedules, communicating release plans, and overseeing deployment activities to ensure successful releases.

Must Have:

7+ years of Product Management Experience

Salesforce Project experience

Strong leadership experience

Creating user stories and writing test scripts

Nice to Have:

Miro

Medical Device Industry Experience

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, or Salesforce Architect are a plus.
