Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 13 years of experience in Information Technology
Proven experience in leading multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation programs, especially for automotive clients
Strong knowledge of S/4HANA, with certification preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Expertise in end-to-end automotive business processes including:
Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management
Discrete Manufacturing, Production Planning & Execution
Inbound/Outbound Logistics
Deep understanding of discrete manufacturing concepts, such as:
Multi-level BOMs, Variant Configuration, Kitting, Parts Management
Experience as a functional lead or solution architect in global SAP programs
Strong project leadership and coordination skills across functional and technical tracks
Ability to lead client-facing solution strategy sessions with CXO-level stakeholders
Proficient in Agile and SAP Activate methodologies
Hands-on experience with project management tools
Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex solution design challenges
Industry knowledge in Retail and/or Manufacturing domains is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of complex S/4HANA solutions for global automotive clients
Serve as the primary integrator between cross-functional teams (onshore and offshore)
Ensure alignment of business processes with system capabilities and overall program goals
Manage client relationships, communicate value-driven solutions, and influence key stakeholders
Support strategic planning, project governance, and delivery excellence
Guide teams through agile ceremonies and SAP Activate stages for delivery milestones
