Job Details

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 13 years of experience in Information Technology

  • Proven experience in leading multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation programs, especially for automotive clients

  • Strong knowledge of S/4HANA, with certification preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in end-to-end automotive business processes including:

    • Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management

    • Discrete Manufacturing, Production Planning & Execution

    • Inbound/Outbound Logistics

  • Deep understanding of discrete manufacturing concepts, such as:

    • Multi-level BOMs, Variant Configuration, Kitting, Parts Management

  • Experience as a functional lead or solution architect in global SAP programs

  • Strong project leadership and coordination skills across functional and technical tracks

  • Ability to lead client-facing solution strategy sessions with CXO-level stakeholders

  • Proficient in Agile and SAP Activate methodologies

  • Hands-on experience with project management tools

  • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex solution design challenges

  • Industry knowledge in Retail and/or Manufacturing domains is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of complex S/4HANA solutions for global automotive clients

  • Serve as the primary integrator between cross-functional teams (onshore and offshore)

  • Ensure alignment of business processes with system capabilities and overall program goals

  • Manage client relationships, communicate value-driven solutions, and influence key stakeholders

  • Support strategic planning, project governance, and delivery excellence

  • Guide teams through agile ceremonies and SAP Activate stages for delivery milestones
