Apex Systems is partnering with our great client in Menasha, WI to hire an experienced Integration Analyst II. This role focuses on building and maintaining integration solutions that ensure smooth data flow and system connectivity across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong API development skills, experience managing API Management (APIM) environments, and solid SQL expertise to support database operations.

Integration Analyst - Menasha, WI

Apex Systems is partnering with our great client in Menasha, WI to hire an experienced Integration Analyst II. This role focuses on building and maintaining integration solutions that ensure smooth data flow and system connectivity across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong API development skills, experience managing API Management (APIM) environments, and solid SQL expertise to support database operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration Development: Design and implement integration workflows using APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and custom scripts.
- API Management: Develop and test REST/SOAP APIs; manage APIM environments including gateways, policies, and security.
- Database Support: Serve as a backup for the DBA, handling SQL queries, performance tuning, backups, and schema changes.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve integration, API, and database-related issues to support business operations.
- Documentation & Testing: Maintain detailed documentation and conduct testing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, system admins, DBAs, and analysts to support deployments and enhancements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to optimize integration and database performance.
- Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years in system integration or API development.
- Proficiency with platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo, or Apache Camel.
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and data transformation.
- Expertise in API Management tools (Azure APIM, AWS API Gateway, Apigee, etc.).
- Advanced SQL skills including stored procedures, triggers, and schema design.
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
- Scripting experience (Python, JavaScript) and understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Travel: 0-10%
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM (flexibility required based on business needs)
