Job Details
A media & entertainment company in California is actively seeking a new Product Owner to focus on Corporate Core AI Applications.
Responsibilities:
- Support product managers in translating business objectives and user needs into prioritized product requirements
- Own and refine the product backlog - define clear, actionable user stories with well-understood acceptance criteria based on the product requirements documents
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and QA to guide sprint planning and ensure timely delivery
- Evaluate product performance metrics and feedback to inform iteration and roadmap updates
- Serve as the voice of the customer during development cycles and ensure feature quality meets user expectations
- Work with product managers to determine real-time trade-off decisions based on scope, resources, and value delivered
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related agile role
- Technical or Data Science background with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams
- Previously supported Agile teams with Scrum ceremonies
- Deep understanding customer problems, reinforced through feedback, research, experimentation, interviews and insights from multiple sources
- Skilled at synthesizing problems, insights, and opportunities into clear goals and plans that articulate both the "why" and the "how".
