Pay Range: $50 - $54/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Feature to story breakdown for DEV by understanding business value and terminology
• Prioritizing defect fixes and releases to production
• Adhere to agile metrics and offer ideas for improvement
• Transforming digital messaging platform
• Enhancing document technology
• Retire legacy applications

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: Product Owner, Digital Products/ Digital Platforms, Jira, Clarity, Agile/ SAFe, Zoom Whiteboard/ Figma.
• 5+ years of advanced experience with Agile/SAFe project delivery methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience working in Jira, Rally, and Clarity.
• 3+ years of experience effectively challenging at all levels of management, as well as influencing business outcomes.
• Jira, Rally, Clarity, Zoom Whiteboard, or Figma, Microsoft Office.
• Prioritizing execution of work for engineering teams leveraging Jira, Rally, and Clarity, ensuring DEV teams understand detailed business requirements and that work is progressing forward.
• Leveraging Zoom whiteboard or Figma for program increment planning activities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Exceptional critical thinking skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience creating, conducting, and presenting to mid-level management as well as presenting in medium-sized forums.
• Strong leadership skills with experience driving teams forward.
• Ability and desire to think strategically and make connections across technologies.
• Ability to ask questions to ensure clarity and understanding.
