Job Title: Oracle Fusion with Incentive Compensation
Location: Hanover, MD
Responsible for implementing, supporting, and maintaining the Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation module. This includes managing compensation plans, crediting, calculation, adjustments, integrations, reporting, and user support. The role requires collaboration with Finance, HR, Sales Ops, Payroll, and IT to ensure accurate commission processing and compliance.
*Key Duties & Responsibilities:*
*Functional Duties:*
- Configure Compensation Plans, Plan Elements, Rate Tables, Performance Measures, and Quotas.
- Manage Crediting Rules and ensure accurate transaction-to-participant assignment.
- Oversee Calculation Cycles (crediting → calculation → payment → disbursement).
- Handle Adjustments & Disputes (manual entries, overrides, corrections).
- Support annual planning (new plan setup, quota assignment, rule refresh).
- Ensure compliance by generating audit-ready reports (payouts, exceptions, adjustments).
- Coordinate with Payroll & Finance for commission disbursement.
- Assist Sales Ops/HR with participant communication (statements, disputes, policy updates).
*Technical Duties:*
- Manage FBDI/ADFDI loads for participants, transactions, and adjustments.
- Support integrations with ERP (AR, Billing), HCM (Payroll), CRM (Sales Cloud), and middleware (OIC/ODI).
- Troubleshoot job errors, calculation failures, and transaction load issues.
- Build and optimize OTBI/BI Publisher reports (payout, achievement, reconciliation).
- Perform system monitoring, patch testing, and regression validation.
- Maintain AMS runbooks, SOPs, and year-end checklists for smooth operations.
- Raise and manage Oracle SRs for defects, patches, and performance issues.
*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (functional setup + technical integrations).
- Experience in Compensation Plan design & administration.
- Hands-on with FBDI/ADFDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, and OIC/ODI integrations.
- Knowledge of ERP Financials, HCM Payroll, and CRM Sales Cloud.
- Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and debugging skills.
- Familiarity with SOX, audit, and compliance processes.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise between IT, Finance, HR, and Sales Ops.
Educational Qualifications:
- Required - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.
- Preferred - Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.
Travel:
- Open to travel based up on the nature of the engagement.
