Position Title: IT Program Manager
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Location- Jersey City or New York (1133 Avenue of the Americas)-Hybrid 3/2 schedule Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Job Description:
  • Absorb and synthesize technology OKRs and build execution plans.
  • Assembles key participants leads, guides, and facilitates cross-functional, collaborative teams across Technology
  • Demonstrate good observation, analytic, and communication skills and drive the end-to-end process culture. Work independently with limited direction and take ownership to drive process improvement initiatives to completion.
  • Ensure adequate risk assessment and benefits are performed in every initiative with participation from cross-functional teams as needed
  • Provide continuous monitoring and management reporting of ongoing initiative/project progress and status.
  • Conduct post-implementation evaluation of the implemented initiative and track the key deliveries, KPIs/measurements/controls for a time period to demonstrate sustainable efficiency & effectiveness
  • Serves as a resource to team members and stakeholders on delivery and escalation issues. Resolves issues and navigates obstacles to deliver work product and process improvement.
  • Develops and implements an end to end initiatives
  • Coordinate all phases of the project (requirements, design, development, SIT, UAT, deployment)
  • Maintain Client plan for the Team
  • Build project plans and timelines for projects that could involve multiple vendors and cross-team resources
  • Plan, manage and execute projects to completion
  • Provide periodic status reports on projects
  • Maintain a high level of personal commitment and accountability to the business and a focus on quality and service
  • Agile and Waterfall methodology experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related discipline. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years in technology program management/transformation in insurance, financial services or management consulting
  • Solid knowledge and demonstrated use of process and capabilities management principles.
  • Demonstrated track record leading Process Design, Re-Engineering, and Transformation projects and producing tangible outcomes using proven tools & techniques
  • Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups in a matrix organization, spanning all organizational levels including collaboration across business and IT disciplines to achieve results
  • Ability to collaborate and work with vendor partners to drive desired outcomes
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
