Responsibilities:
- Manage and support desktop environments to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktop systems and applications
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement desktop solutions
- Maintain documentation and follow best practices for system configurations and deployments
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop engineering or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong cultural fit with the team-collaborative, innovative, and committed to excellence
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week during the contract period
