Responsibilities:
- Interpret business needs and apply innovative technology solutions
Requirements:
- Senior developer/Tech Lead who needs minimal guidance, takes ownership and can be proactive in effective communication on issue resolutions
- Experienced resource with proficient skills in Core Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kafka, Kafka, MQ, NDM, CI/CD using Jenkins & Agile methodologies, SQL Java Script, Oracle
- At least 10+ years' experience in information technology, with 2 years of financial services, and 1-3 years of technical architecture experience
- Motivated and driven technologist with a proven track record with a commitment to quality, efficiency, and excellence
- Application development knowledge and experience
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience with SDLC / SW development processes (RUP, Agile, and Waterfall)
- Experience in application implementation and maintenance
- Experience working with technical design process and models
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Able to lead small team and gather the status from team
- Ability to work efficiently in Onshore-Offshore model
Desired skills:
- Financial services experience in Corporate / Wholesale Banking and/or Treasury / Cash Management
- Java web technologies
- Activiti BPM
- MuleSoft
