Our client is a global organization, named one of the largest in the Automobile industry! They are rapidly growing and going through a robust digital transformation.

The business and senior leadership have put a huge emphasis on technology initiatives and are looking for passionate team members to contribute to the growth and development of the technical environment. This role offers a hybrid office schedule, you must be comfortable being onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and another day of your choosing!

This role involves managing and configuring enterprise social collaboration platforms, ensuring they align with organizational needs. The position also involves testing, providing user support, creating training materials, and promoting platform engagement across teams.

Your Role

• Document functional requirements, configure systems, manage user accounts and security, and customize platforms to align with branding and organizational needs. Implement integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., HRIS, ERP, SSO), and manage mobile app deployment.
• Collaborate with users for testing and sign-offs, provide technical support, create training materials, and maintain user guides and FAQs. Gather feedback for platform improvements.
• Set content guidelines, monitor platform activity, create and manage communities, and promote engagement across departments.
• Monitor performance, stay updated with product features, implement upgrades, ensure data security, and generate usage reports.
• Work with various departments to align platform design with organizational goals and provide regular updates.

Experience

• At least 4 years managing enterprise social collaboration platforms.
• Strong understanding of collaboration principles, security protocols, and user support.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, build relationships, and create clear documentation.
