Job Details

Process Engineer (Junior to Mid-Level) Experience Level: 2 4 years
Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to document existing processes using BPMN-style diagrams and clear written procedures.
  • Analyze processes for inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or redundancies and suggest opportunities for improvement or automation.
  • Support efforts to redesign and streamline workflows by gathering input from stakeholders and mapping out future-state processes.
  • Use tools like Draw.io, Lucidchart, or Visio to create clear and standardized visual process flows.
  • Write and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Methods of Procedure (MOPs) in Google Docs.
  • Develop process flows to support the rollout of new systems, tools, or automation efforts.
  • Contribute to cross-functional improvement initiatives involving teams such as:
    • Supply Chain
    • Material & Asset Management
    • Property & Lease Administration
    • Utility and Vendor Management
    • Construction Operations

    Top 5 Technical Skills

    • Familiarity with BPMN-style process modeling or other visual flowcharting methods.
    • Hands-on experience using Diagrams.net (Draw.io) or similar tools for process documentation.
    • Strong writing skills to produce clear, step-by-step technical procedures and process documentation.
    • Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
    • Basic understanding of process improvement concepts (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis).

    • Comfortable engaging with team members to ask questions, clarify steps, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Proactive in bringing forward ideas that could reduce manual work or increase efficiency.

    • Familiarity with telecom, wireless engineering, or network operations environments.
