Job Description:

Role Summary: We are seeking a Flowthrough & Fallout Lead and non-lead with domain expertise in telecom ordering systems. This role is critical to ensuring seamless order flow orchestration and clear fallout across our ordering and provisioning systems.

Note: working hrs could vary and needs willingness to work off hours, but no overtime is allowed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end flowthrough and fallout management for telecom order processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve order fallout issues and root cause analysis.
  • Design and implement monitoring strategies to improve order flow efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
  • Perform data analysis to support operational reporting and identify trends or anomalies in order flow.
  • Document and communicate fallout trends, metrics, and improvement plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Telecom ordering domain.
  • Relational databases

Strong hands-on expertise in SQL & PL/SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis.

  • Familiarity with Siebel or similar ordering systems.
  • Understanding of network provisioning systems, preferably M6 (MetaSolv).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in large-scale telecom environments.
  • Exposure to order-to-activation workflows and service fulfillment architecture.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
