Job Title: ERP Project Manager PeopleSoft Financials Replacement
Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid Onsite 2+ days/week as needed)

An ACTIVE PMP certification is mandatory
Job Description:
- Lead and manage the ERP replacement project end-to-end.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and implementation partners.
- Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, SAFe).
- Develop timelines, track deliverables, and manage risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with state procurement and governance standards.
- Deliver high-level stakeholder communication and reporting.
