Job Details

Title: VP Regulatory Change Management

Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm

Compensation:
Pay Range: $162000K-$200000K

Description:
Lead the horizon scanning process to identify upcoming regulatory changes.
Analyze regulatory requirements to determine downstream implications.
Communicate assessments to impacted stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with evolving regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor regulatory bodies, industry trends, and legislative developments.
Identify and assess changes in regulatory requirements.
Conduct line-by-line analysis of forthcoming regulations.
Oversee impact assessments, advisory, and analysis for all business lines.
Engage in industry association activities to identify supervisory trends.
Maintain and update the regulations library.
Track implementation progress.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in law, Business, or a related field; JD or similar law degree highly preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance and related fields.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate regulatory notices and changes.
Experience in developing or maintaining a repository library for regulatory updates.
Strong project management and critical thinking skills.
High proficiency with generic office productivity tools.
