Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Test Coordinator for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Banking clients in Auburn Hills, MI or Frisco, TX . Hybrid schedule 2x weekly onsite

Responsibilities :
- Coordinate the end-to-end testing lifecycle for IT projects, including test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with project managers, workstream leads, business analysts, and vendors to define test scope and objectives.
- Coordinate test activities across internal teams and third-party partners.
- In collaboration with test leads, develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Help manage and coordinate test environments and ensure availability of test data.
- Facilitate defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide guidance to business users.
- Coordinate Production Readiness and facilitate the Go/No-Go Decision process
- Ensure compliance with IT governance and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to QA team members.
- Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a coordination or management role.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Qtest, JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail).
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
