Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • XXgn, build, and configure middleware integration solutions across multiple platforms and environments.
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain middleware platforms (e.g., IBM ACE, WebSphere, MuleSoft) to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • CollaboXX with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
  • Ensure middleware services meet enterprise standards for security, resiliency, and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including topology diagrams, configuration settings, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor system performance, logs, and metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Implement and manage automated deployment, failover, and backup stXXgies for middleware services.
  • Support integration with enterprise systems such as SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Siebel, and Curam.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior integration and operations staff.
Experience and Skill Set Requirements:

Core Skills and Experience (40%):
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in middleware/integration technologies in complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting integration solutions using middleware platforms.
  • Deep understanding of system integration patterns (synchronoasynchronous, REST, SOAP, event-driven, messaging).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience troubleshooting across multiple systems and layers (application, middleware, infrastructure).
  • Experience supporting mission-critical systems with high availability and performance requirements.
Technical Skills and Experience (30%):
  • Expertise in middleware platforms such as IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM WebSphere, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, or similar ESBs.
  • Experience with API Gateway and Candidateagement platforms (e.g., IBM API Connect, Azure APIM).
  • Proficiency in working with messaging and event platforms (e.g., MQ, Kafka, JMS, Event Grid).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) and hybrid integration scenarios.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and integration (OAuth2.0, SAML, mutual TLS, API keys).
  • Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Siebel, Curam, or other COTS solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Candidatell, Python, Ansible, Terraform) for middleware deployment and operations.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in integration environments.
Communication and Documentation Skills (20%):
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience developing clear, accurate, and comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Ability to translate business integration needs into technical requirements and solution designs.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a track record of working in cross-functional teams and leading technical discussions.
