Job Title: Senior Technical Consultant ServiceNow Agentic AI
Location: Remote
Contract
We are seeking senior technical resources with strong problem-solving skills and hands-on capability in ServiceNow Agentic AI. These consultants will augment the client s Center of Excellence (COE) team and will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI Agents to solve real business problems across the enterprise.
Because Agentic AI is an emerging area, deep experience in AI is not mandatory however, the ideal candidate must be a quick learner with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in fast-moving project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the client s COE team to define business problems and design effective AI-driven solutions using ServiceNow Agentic AI.
- Develop, configure, and deploy AI Agents and associated workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and AI automation use cases.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and prototype solutions to validate AI agent behavior and outcomes.
- Optimize existing processes and enhance decision automation capabilities through intelligent agent design.
- Provide technical guidance, best practices, and thought leadership on AI-enabled process improvements.
- Work independently to drive deliverables, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, architects, and business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving, critical reasoning, and analytical abilities.
- High adaptability, strong learning aptitude, and ability to work independently.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow Agentic AI, its architecture, features, and use-case patterns.
- Hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform (any module) with an interest or exposure to AI automation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical designs to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management)
- Exposure to ServiceNow Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, or similar automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with modern AI concepts such as LLMs, AI orchestration, or agent frameworks (not mandatory).
