Location: MO-Maryland Heights, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite
Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Software Developer III, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.
Responsibilities:
Follow company software development lifecycle to design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs
Assist in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents
Review functional requirements, analysis, and design documents and provide feedback
Collaborate with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency
Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews
Develop and maintain operational and system-level documentation
Leverage AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, CloudFormation) for application deployment, scalability, and cloud-native development
Work with DevOps or Cloud teams to design, build, and optimize applications within AWS environments
Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Java/Core Java
Developing Microservices using Spring Boot
Strong experience in Spring Framework
Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools
API Development, SOAP/XML, RESTful
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services for application hosting, integration, and CI/CD pipelines
Preferred Qualifications:
PHP
Camunda experience
AWS Certification (Developer Associate, Solutions Architect, or DevOps Engineer)
The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $125,000 or the hourly equivalent.
