Job Title: L3 Infoblox Engineer
Location: Quincy/Boston, MA OR Princeton, NJ (Onsite)

Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced L3 Infoblox Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of enterprise-grade DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) solutions using Infoblox. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Infoblox appliances, DNS/DHCP configuration, and IP address management, along with working knowledge of F5, NetScaler, and NTP hardware. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, experience with ServiceNow (SNOW), and the ability to create detailed technical documentation and network schematics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 9+ years of experience in network infrastructure and DDI solutions
- Strong understanding of Infoblox DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and cloud-managed DDI platforms
- Familiarity with F5, NetScaler, and NTP appliances
- Experience working with ServiceNow (SNOW) for incident and change management
Experience
- Proven expertise in Infoblox at L3/SME level, including deployment and lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with Infoblox DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and NTP configuration
- Experience with F5, NetScaler, and network monitoring tools
- Strong documentation skills including SOPs, runbooks, network schematics, and technical reports
- Ability to manage incidents, changes, and service requests using ServiceNow
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Infoblox DDI infrastructure
- Perform OS and software upgrades on Infoblox and related appliances
- Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and NTP services
- Monitor and maintain NetScaler, F5, and Infoblox devices
- Work on incidents, changes, and RITMs using ServiceNow
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and network diagrams
- Provide expert-level support and mentoring to junior engineers
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure network reliability and compliance
