Alldus is recruiting on behalf of an elite ServiceNow Partner and is looking for an experienced ServiceNow CSM Technical Consultant to join their team.
Role: ServiceNow CSM Technical Consultant
Location: Remote (US-based only)
Contract Length: 6 Months
About the Role:
Alldus is hiring a ServiceNow CSM Technical Consultant to configure and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for technical development, integrations, and ensuring platform performance meets client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM applications
- Develop workflows, UI policies, scripts, and integrations
- Ensure platform performance, security, and scalability
- Collaborate with process consultants and architects to deliver robust solutions
Requirements:
- ship required
- ServiceNow certifications: CAD, CSA, CIS CSM
- Strong experience with ServiceNow CSM development and configuration
- Hands-on knowledge of integrations and scripting within ServiceNow
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively
