Job Description
You will be the PAC-3 Integration, Test, and Evaluation Analyst for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control team in Dallas, TX. Our team is responsible for supporting Production Test Engineering activities across the PAC-3 program, ensuring the successful development and production of our products. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data from production tests, field tests, and flight tests to inform program development and production decisions.
What You Will Be Doing
As the PAC-3 Integration, Test, and Evaluation Analyst, you will be responsible for processing and analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization. You will develop and maintain data analytics tools to monitor program performance, and provide ad hoc analysis to support proposal activities, CAM efforts, and troubleshooting. Your work will have a direct impact on the success of our programs, and you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that your analysis informs and supports program decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Processing and analyzing data from production tests, field tests, and flight tests to identify trends and areas for improvement
Developing and maintaining data analytics tools, such as reports in Tableau or Excel, to support program development and production
Building and maintaining databases to support data analysis and reporting
Providing ad hoc analysis to support proposal activities, CAM efforts, and troubleshooting
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that data analysis informs and supports program decisions
Traveling to production facilities up to 10% of the time to support integration tests and data collection

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in STEM-related or equivalent professional experience.
Experience with data base language.
Experience with building reports in Tableau or Microsoft Excel.
Skilled in Data Analytics such as trend analysis, statistical process controls, and multivariate testing.
Desired skills
Knowledgeable in Agile processes.
