L4 Data Center Technician - Travel, Tech, and Impact!
Are you ready to take your data center experience to the next level? As an L4 Technician, you won't just be working behind the scenes-you'll be on the front lines of innovation, helping decommission, upgrade, and optimize critical infrastructure across the country.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be traveling to data centers nationwide, removing and installing hardware, running and labeling cables, and ensuring everything is set up for peak performance. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $50.00/hr.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Remove and install power and networking cables as part of data center decommissioning
- Stage, label, and prep cabling for new deployments
- Assist with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and hardware replacement
- Perform physical audits and help maintain asset accuracy
- Follow detailed procedures and collaborate with Data Center Technician Leads
- Support basic hardware startups and shutdowns
- Travel to data centers across the U.S. (up to 75% travel!)

What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5+ years of data center experience
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel up to 75% and work across multiple Milwaukee-area data center sites
