Senior Operational Technology Project Manager

The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Operational Technology Project Manager to join the team in North Charleston, SC; Jacksonville, FL; or Orlando, FL.
The candidate will join a newly established operational technology program management office, overseeing a critical Cyber Security transformation across the Boeing enterprise primarily in our manufacturing environments. The candidate will support Senior Management in developing and managing program standards, financial performance including opportunities and risks, and working across organizations and Sentinel workstreams to support project planning and execution.

Position Responsibilities:
- Support day to day program operations including the facilitation of director level meetings and communication
- Partner with project managers to coach and support project planning and execution
- Provide feedback and share methods/techniques to build up our team
- Support stakeholder management and communication
- Gather, integrate, and synthesize updates for various audiences (Sr. Manager, Director, Sr. Leadership)
- Support risk management, dependency management, and mitigation strategies
- Run program risk and dependency log, facilitate commitments between teams and organizations
- Monitor budget and spending including related reporting and documentation
- Work across our program and its internal partners (finance, Indirect Supply Chain, Human Resources) to align support to program deliverables
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent work or military experience
- 10+ years of experience in project management for both small and large projects
- 10+ years of experience using project management, Lean, or Agile methodologies
- 10+ years of experience with project tracking software such as Jira and/or Azure DevOps
- 10+ years of experience in identifying and communicating business requirements with cross-functional and/or cross-business teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Active government clearance (e.g., Secret, Top Secret)
- Certifications (e.g., PMP, CISM, CISSP, CSM)
- Experience with cyber security frameworks and compliance standards (NIST)
- Experience managing operational technology, manufacturing or engineering project
