Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Ansible or Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned expert capable of leading technical discussions and delivering architectural guidance on automation and infrastructure solutions using Ansible and/or RHEL technologies. This individual will play a key role in developing and delivering Proof of Value (POV) and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) solutions tailored to our customers' unique environments and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical conversations with customers around Ansible or RHEL architecture.

Provide architecture and engineering best practices, technical recommendations, and strategic planning for POVs and MVPs.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customer teams to assess current environments and propose tailored automation solutions.

Deliver high-level and low-level architectural documentation.

Support delivery teams with implementation guidance and troubleshooting when needed.

Evangelize automation, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps methodologies in customer environments.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Architect with expertise in Ansible Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

Deep understanding of automation, configuration management, and infrastructure-as-code principles.

Strong experience designing and implementing POVs and MVPs in enterprise IT environments.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to lead discussions, influence stakeholders, and drive customer success.

Red Hat certifications (e.g., RHCA, RHCE) are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with hybrid cloud environments and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, container platforms (e.g., OpenShift), and other DevOps tools.

Background in enterprise IT consulting or professional services.
