Senior ETL Developer

Required skills:

Minimum 8 years experience in Informatica PowerCenter.
Minimum 8 years experience working with relational database management systems.
Minimum 5 years working with Unix based operating systems.
Extensive knowledge of SQL with performance tuning expertise in big data environment.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex requirements.
Ability to utilize SQL scripts and Informatica PowerCenter workflows to migrate data from various legacy/modern source systems, transform data per requirements, and load target systems for consumption by multiple business lines and vendors.
Ability to design and develop processes which ensure data accuracy, utilizing strategies to identify and remediate quality issues while considering efficiency, supportability, maintainability, and reusability.
Ability to collaborate effectively with various roles of internal team and external customers.
Ability to document technical specifications and create test artifacts.
Shell scripting expertise to manage flat files in Linux environment.
In depth knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with ability to take initiative and desire to exceed expectations.

Preferred skills:

Experience using Oracle, Netezza, and/or Microsoft SQL Server databases.
Automic (UC4 / AppWorx) Applications Manager experience.
Financial industry experience.
Experience using Informatica PowerExchange.
DB2 for z/OS experience.
Python experience.
Experience working in agile environment.
