You'll analyze multifaceted engineering challenges, evaluate unprecedented factors, and contribute to strategic solutions that align with organizational policies and compliance requirements. This role involves close collaboration with client personnel and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities
- Lead and consult on large-scale systems operations engineering initiatives with broad impact.
- Analyze and resolve complex engineering challenges involving multiple variables and unknowns.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures while meeting project deliverables.
- Collaborate strategically with client stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Provide development and support for applications built on .NET and Java platforms.
- Monitor system health and performance using tools such as Grafana, AppDynamics, and Splunk.
- Support hybrid cloud environments and messaging systems including Kafka, Solace, and IBM MQ.
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture, demonstrated through work experience, consulting, training, military service, or education.
- 5+ years of experience developing and supporting applications on .NET and Java platforms.
- 4+ years of experience with SQL for data management and analysis.
- 3+ years of experience with performance monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk).
- Experience with AXON and Red Hat Process Automation Manager (RH PAM).
- Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, PCF, and Azure cloud services.
- Familiarity with enterprise messaging systems such as Kafka, Solace, and IBM MQ.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment, including weekends.
