Job Title: Senior Scrum Master / lead Agile Location: Vienna, VA (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ months
Requirements:
- 7+ years as Scrum Master, SAFe certified
- Facilitate SAFe/Agile practices and ceremonies
- Drive quality, predictability, delivery speed
- Develop release plans & track progress
- Experience coaching Agile teams & transformations
- Knowledge of cloud (Azure/AWS), API, CI/CD
- SAFe Product Owner/Manager certified
- Banking/financial systems experience
