About the Role
An innovative, fast-growing healthcare data analysis firm is seeking an AI Project Manager to lead and oversee our Data Science and AI initiatives. This senior role requires both technical depth and strong leadership, combining hands-on project management with the ability to guide teams through the full AI/ML lifecycle.

What You ll Do

• Lead and manage complex AI/ML initiatives across predictive and generative AI use cases.
• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
• Collaborate with developers, data scientists, analysts, and business leaders to align AI solutions with organizational goals.
• Spearhead research into LLMs, NLP, and other advanced AI technologies, staying ahead of market trends and competition.
• Provide technical and functional support for all AI-related projects.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and compliance frameworks (beyond HIPAA).
• Manage vendors and external partners contributing to AI development.
• Communicate project goals, status, and outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
