Position : OCM Lead (Organizational Change Management)
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
Duration : 24+ months.
Role Description
- As the Training Lead, you'll support the OCM Lead by building and executing the training strategy for the Catalyst program.
- Good working experience in SAP.
- You and the team will need to design and develop the curriculum for varied systems and stakeholders for this transformation.
- You will receive access and exposure to new processes and new system functionality as you and the team prepare to deliver an
- impactful training experience. You may need to facilitate instructor-led training and/or hands-on workshops in a Train-the -Trainer
- format for project team members. You may also need to support other ongoing OCM activities that include educating the Change Network or assisting with User Acceptance Testing.
Key Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- 5+ years of technical training experience with adult audiences (2+ years of virtual instruction experience).
- Proficiency with adult learning principles and classroom/time management techniques
- Experience onboarding corporate teams into ERP systems.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with business and IT teams to drive the planning, design, and delivery of training across the project.
- Experience with coordinating training logistics, including locating facilities, reserving hardware and scheduling training sessions.
- Ability to create and send end user communications regarding training.
Essential Skills & Experience
- BA Degree in Instructional Design, Communication, Education, Business, Organizational Development or related field or 5+ years of experience in a change management or learning development role.
- Working knowledge of adult learning theory and practice, facilitation and training techniques and ability to apply instructional design methods.
- Demonstrated competence in Facilitation.
- Strong understanding and expertise in content writing
- Ability to visually design concepts and ideas into end user material
- Proven experience in driving learning solution design through all phases from concept, presentation, design, development, facilitation, evaluation, refinement, and implementation
- High aptitude to learn newtechnology.
- Experience with Collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online.
Good To Have
- Use of and familiarity with Change Management methodologies/good experience in SAP.
- Strong Project Management experience, and practical approach to coordinating projects
- Experienced in engaging with senior business leaders.
- Team-first professional with excellent leadership, influencing and prioritization capabilities
