RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Video Marketing Producer to join their team onsite in San Diego California.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborating closely with the client Communications team and agency partners to create original, scroll-stopping content aligned with client's brand identity, product messaging and storytelling goals
* Creating engaging videos, animations, and graphics using industry-leading techniques for client's social channels and Blog
* Filming and editing short-form video content, often featuring yourself for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
* Directing and producing content featuring tax experts and client customers to bring their stories to life
* Making complex finance and tax topics engaging and easy to understand through the creative development of graphics and videos
* Revolutionizing and scale social and blog video content creation in multiple languages and social formats; (ENG/SPA/FRE), leveraging AI platforms
* Designing high-impact visuals for social channels and the Blog, including static posts, carousels, and motion graphics to support brand storytelling and campaign performance
* Developing and executing original content ideas with a social-first mindset that connects with target audiences and aligns with brand goals
* Managing end-to-end publishing of content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, and YouTube with native optimization
* Staying on top of social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging formats to ensure content remains timely, engaging, and platform-native
* Delivering final creative assets quickly and accurately, optimized to each platform's technical specs and performance best practices

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of experience in social content creation and digital production in creative production, digital marketing, product design or digital agency environments
* Ability to concept/write/film/produce content, both by yourself and with the help of our agency partners
* Experience using in-house style guides and working within brand guidelines and messaging requirements
* Excellent content curator with an innate eye for what does and does not fit a brand's aesthetic
* On-camera talent skills, serving as talent and producing videos end-to-end
* Real-time social media content creation to support events and big moments in time
* Passion and expertise in staying on top of social media and cultural trends, to create engaging culture-first, trend-driven content
* Strong ability to bring fresh creative ideas and campaign concepts to the table, take creative direction and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders
* Strong communication and collaborative project management skills to move multiple projects from concept to development to publication
* Ability to handle tight deadlines and execute complex projects with multiple stakeholders through strategic thinking and efficiency
* Expertise in video marketing trends and AI strategies for content creation, including AI tools implementation
* Rich portfolio of digital content (e.g., social graphics, animations, videos) that you have produced, with a deep understanding of social content and video formats across various social platforms
* Strong understanding of social channel creative requirements
* An analytical mindset, always looking for ways to improve and optimize creative based on business results
* Knowledge of the latest trends in social media marketing, content creation and visual storytelling
* Deeply familiar with TikTok marketing, Instagram growth tactics, and evolving platform features and formats

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
