Key Responsibilities
- GTM Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement data-driven go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature rollouts, and market expansion.
- Demand Generation: Own and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, SEO, and content marketing to drive qualified leads.
- Marketing Automation: Leverage Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to build automated workflows, lead scoring models, and personalized customer journeys.
- Website & Analytics: Manage and optimize the company's WordPress site for performance, SEO, and conversion. Use Google Analytics and other tools to track KPIs and generate actionable insights.
- Payments Ecosystem Expertise: Collaborate with product and sales teams to craft messaging and campaigns that resonate with financial decision-makers and align with industry trends.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or financial technology company.
- Proven success in developing and executing GTM strategies.
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and financial services landscape.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, WordPress, and Google Analytics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
- Familiarity with other marketing tools like HubSpot, SEMrush, or Hotjar.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for website updates and landing page creation.
