Product Business Analyst III

Job Information
The ideal candidate is passionate about business analysis, is a self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision. The business analyst will be responsible for defining, analyzing and documenting business requirements to support the creation of a new Mortgage-Backed Securities securitization platform. Additionally, they will participate and play an active role throughout the product delivery lifecycle.
Key Job Functions
* Gather business requirements and break them down into relevant, accurate and detailed user stories and/or functional requirements.
* Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and decompose high level information and translate it into business documents.
* Collaborate with product owners and key stakeholders to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
* Contribute effectively to the design discussions w/ software developers incl. solutions architect level developers
* Ability to interact w/ customers and breakdown the requirements into business process flow and wireframes
* Ability to guide the conversation on UI front-end development
* Able to communicate and present documents with external clients and other non-Product delivery teams such as Info Sec and Risk etc.
* Demo the feature(s) of application the BA is responsible for to internal clients and other applicable stakeholders as needed
* Lead reviews of operations documentation (procedures, operating manuals) with internal and external stakeholders, as needed.
* Review test cases for quality assurance and to ensure they cover all the relevant business scenarios.
* Prepare and present meeting materials for key internal and external meetings (agenda, action items, minutes)
* Triaging incidents and defects as part of the SDLC process
* Familiarity on maintaining JIRA hygiene for created stories such as fix version, account and EPIC link.
* Participate in status meetings with business and other key stakeholders.
Education
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
Minimum Experience
* Minimum 3-5 years of related experience

* Conceptual understanding of serverless architecture and Infrastructure as a code
* Experience creating screens and wireframes in FIGMA
* Experience in working with DynamoDB, AWS AppSync, AWS Lambda is a plus
* Knowledge of MBS Securities and securitization is a plus
