Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cyber GRC Specialist to lead and enhance our cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives. This role will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our GRC frameworks, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and supporting enterprise-wide security and privacy programs.

The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $95.00/hr.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cyber GRC Specialist to lead and enhance our cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives. This role will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our GRC frameworks, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and supporting enterprise-wide security and privacy programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage GRC frameworks aligned with NIST CSF, NIST AI RMF, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 1/2, and Sarbanes-Oxley.
- Lead risk assessments, control evaluations, and compliance audits across business units.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure security and privacy requirements are embedded in business processes.
- Utilize tools such as OneTrust, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, SAP Ariba, and Office 365 to support GRC operations.
- Monitor regulatory changes and emerging risks, providing strategic guidance to leadership.
- Prepare and present reports on risk posture, compliance status, and mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity GRC, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Deep understanding of security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience with GRC platforms and enterprise tools listed above.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Relevant certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent.
