Oracle Fusion Lead:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Oracle Fusion as a Lead
- Experience with the Advance business processes in Oracle Fusion Benefits
- Provide expert-level support for Oracle Fusion Financials and Supply Chain Execution modules, with a focus on Quarterly Maintenance Packs, Month-End Close Procedures, and resolving issues through Oracle Service Requests.
- Role Requires deep functional expertise in modules like General Ledger, EPM/FCC, Accounts Payable, AR ,Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Advanced Collections, Procurement, and Inventory Management, along with technical Knowledge in SQL, OTBI, FBDI, and REST APIs
- Expertise in tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, Smart View, and integration methods like FBDI, REST API, SOAP API, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), along with strong skills in Security and User Management.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, configure systems, manage updates, and deliver seamless end-to-end solutions
- Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
