Job Description:

The SkillBridge Data Science & Advanced Analytics Intern shall possess the following capabilities:

Training Areas:

• Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning model development.
• Natural Language Processing (NLP) and semantic data structures.
• Knowledge Graphs, Ontologies, and Data Fabrics.
• Data transformation, cleaning, and visualization.
• Tools: Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Neo4j, TensorFlow, PyTorch, plus others.

What You'll Learn:

• Designing and deploying machine learning models.
• Structuring and connecting large datasets for complex analysis.
• Applying semantic technologies to improve data discovery.
• Creating interactive dashboards for decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Has served at least 180 days on active duty.
• Is within 180 days of separation or retirement.
• Will receive honorable discharge.
• Has taken any service TAPS/TGPS.
• Has attended or participated in an ethics brief within the last 12 months.
• Received Unit Commander authorization and approval to participate in DoD SkillBridge Program prior to start of internship.
• NOTE: SkillBridge interns will not be eligible for any compensation during their internship, as they will continue to receive all military pay and benefits.
