Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our New York team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in nurturing our existing relationships within the financial services sector, ensuring that our clients needs are not just met but exceeded. This role is pivotal in reinforcing our reputation as a trusted partner, known for hands-on leadership and a strong engineering workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our esteemed clientele, predominantly located within NY's financial district.
  • Regularly engage with client managers in-person, understanding their unique requirements and challenges.
  • Develop strategic and tactical plans to meet client goals, collaborating closely with our engineering and leadership teams to execute these plans effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and spearhead initiatives to increase client satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide feedback to our internal teams on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to our clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field. A Master s degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of total experience.
  • Proven experience in customer success or business development for technology projects, particularly within the financial services sector.
  • An understanding of the financial services industry and its regulatory environment.
