Job Details

The Client is seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing custom business applications and workflows to enhance productivity and streamline operations, as well as educating end users on these concepts in order to strengthen the citizen developer community as a whole.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Develop Solutions: Use the platform tools to build effective solutions to address business challenges, optimize business processes, and provide useful and actionable reporting.
Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and/or internal platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to end users for all the Power Platform tools.
Platform Monitoring: Continuously monitor solution and platform performance, identify and address potential issues or bottlenecks.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to Power Platform tools.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio. Familiarity with platform administration concepts and related tools such as environments, DLP, Dataverse administration, security roles, and the COE Starter Kit. Working knowledge of M365 applications and administration.


Skills:
o Strong working knowledge of the Power Platform tools and related concepts.
o Experience with SharePoint development and customization.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, DAX queries, Power FX, PowerShell, JSON, and HTML/CSS.
o Familiarity with building custom connectors.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred. Power Platform Certification is a plus.
Additional Skills: Prior experience with process gap analysis, solution design, application development, and/or ETL processes.
