Position: Data Scientist with AI
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term
Job description:
- Lead development and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning models to solve complex business problems
- Design scalable data-driven solutions leveraging big data technologies and cloud platforms, AWS, Azure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable insights
- Perform data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model optimisation for performance and scalability
- Apply statistical modelling, predictive analytics, and deep learning techniques on large datasets
- Drive innovation in AIML by exploring emerging technologies such as Gen AI and agentic workflows
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration
- Ensure data integrity, security and compliance across all analytics initiatives
- Communicate findings effectively through visualisations and presentations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Stay abreast of industry trends and contribute to strategic decisions through data-driven insights
