Summary

The Change Management is part of the Service Desk team responsible for the delivery of an ITIL aligned Change Enablement Process for clients. They are the focal point for enabling requests for change to be raised, reviewed from a technical and business perspective, approved, scheduled and implemented, whilst minimizing the risk and disruption to client services

Your role in our mission

  • Own and manage the full ITIL Change Enablement process for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery aligned with global standards.
  • Act as the primary Change Enablement representative, leading CAB meetings, maintaining the Change Schedule (FSC/PSO), and participating in service reviews and client forums.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Incident, Problem, Availability, Release Management) to assess change risks, resolve failed changes, and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze Change Enablement metrics, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service performance and reduce risk.
  • Provide training, documentation, and guidance to stakeholders and internal teams; support communication plans and contribute to internal Change Enablement projects.


What we're looking for

  • Technical assimilation with a range of technologies including Networks, Wintel, Unix and Midrange servers
  • Advanced user skills for MS-Excel, MS-Word, OneNote, PowerPoint
  • Thorough understanding of critical infrastructure, application and business impact relevant to the account or stake holders
  • ITIL V3 Foundation Certified or ITIL V4 Certification with Experience and knowledge of Change Enablement principles, methodologies and tools.
  • 5 years Business and/or Operational roles

The pay range for this position is $72,800.00 - $104,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
