IT Manager

Description

We are seeking a collaborative and hands-on Infrastructure Manager to lead our IT infrastructure team through a time of transition and growth. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, communicates openly across all levels of the organization, and thrives in a dynamic environment. With a team-first mindset, you'll be instrumental in guiding our infrastructure strategy, supporting our cloud migration, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

?? Team Leadership (50%)

• Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing infrastructure team
• Foster a positive, transparent, and collaborative team culture
• Identify growth opportunities and ensure team engagement and satisfaction
• Provide performance feedback and manage conflict constructively

Vendor & Budget Management (10%)

• Oversee vendor relationships and service contracts (e.g., AT& T, FortiGate)
• Manage infrastructure budgets and optimize costs

Executive Collaboration (10%)

• Partner with leadership, including Sunil, to present infrastructure updates to the executive team and board
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making

? Hands-On Technical Leadership (20%)

• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
• Lead and participate in infrastructure projects
• Serve as a subject matter expert across systems and platforms

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2+ years of leadership experience(ideally 5+)
• Experience supporting500+ employeesin a corporate environment
• Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft technologies(servers, desktops, etc.)
• Experience withAzure(especially cloud migration)
• Familiarity withInTuneandZscaler
• Understanding ofnetworking conceptsand working with external vendors
• Exposure toFortiGatefirewalls
• Strong communication skills with both technical teams and end users
• Ability to provide honest, constructive feedback and clear next steps

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in a technology-focused organization
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure migrations
