Job Description
We are seeking a Product Manager to join a team responsible for managing bookable experiences across multiple platforms, including web and mobile. This role will support various areas such as dining, entertainment, and other guest-facing experiences. The position requires collaboration with multiple teams-technical, creative, and operational-across different time zones. Candidates should be highly organized and comfortable providing quick updates to stakeholders when needed.

We are seeking a Product Manager to join a team responsible for managing bookable experiences across multiple platforms, including web and mobile. This role will support various areas such as dining, entertainment, and other guest-facing experiences. The position requires collaboration with multiple teams-technical, creative, and operational-across different time zones. Candidates should be highly organized and comfortable providing quick updates to stakeholders when needed.
Responsibilities
- Advocate for an exceptional digital user experience, ensuring products meet guest needs and expectations.
- Understand and execute the digital product strategy for assigned experiences.
- Translate strategy into prioritized user stories, business requirements, and product documentation, including acceptance criteria and test cases.
- Develop presentations to communicate product strategy to executive audiences and cross-functional partners.
- Manage feature development and backlog, participate in daily scrums, and help resolve roadblocks.
- Ensure delivery of product requirements throughout the development lifecycle, partnering with design and technology teams to align with strategic vision.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies for digital experiences.
- Monitor product performance, support A/B testing, and recommend enhancements for digital platforms, including mobile apps and websites.
- Assist with delivery and ongoing maintenance, which may include product builds, content configuration, and on-call support to ensure uptime.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital product management (web and mobile).
- Ability to think strategically and execute ideas effectively.
- Experience with technical, user, and business challenges in fast-paced online environments.
- Familiarity with content management systems and processes supporting go-to-market delivery.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence at an executive level.
- Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data to support decisions.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and build strong relationships.
- Comfortable working with geographically distributed teams.
- Experience in iOS/Android release processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail or hospitality-related digital platforms.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
- Previous experience in large-scale consumer-facing digital environments.
