Role Overview

The Client is seeking a Senior Project Manager (PM3) to support a multi-year, high-priority ERP modernization initiative within Treasury. This role is part of the DTMB Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) and will lead large-scale Oracle/SAP ERP system integrations in a fast-paced, multi-vendor government environment.

MANDATORY Skills & Experience

10+ years Oracle/SAP ERP Project Management
 Led global ERP programs with 20+ team members and $750M+ budgets
7+ years formal IT Project Management (industry best practices)
7+ years managing budgets, schedules, risks, issues & change requests
 Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
5+ years using Project Portfolio Management tools (Clarity required)
5+ years advanced MS Project experience
 Experience managing multi-vendor projects in a government environment
 Strong experience with ERP integration, SaaS & COTS implementations
 Developed and maintained 5,000+ line integration schedules
 Prior Developer or Senior Technical Project Manager background
PMP Certification – Highly Desired

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale Oracle/SAP ERP integration programs

  • Provide PMO governance and ensure adherence to State PM methodologies (SUITE PMM / SEM)

  • Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and resources

  • Utilize Clarity for portfolio planning, scheduling, and budgeting

  • Deliver executive-level reporting and stakeholder communications

  • Actively manage vendor contracts and deliverables

  • Drive collaboration across business, technical, and executive stakeholders
