UX Researcher III
Marketing Cloud team with a focus on marketing strategy and technical product alignment. The role will work across complex business models (B2B and B2C) and support MCE products, with an emphasis on product strategies, testing, and insight development.

- Support marketing initiatives through strategic research
- Contribute to product strategy development and end-to-end testing
- Conduct high-quality, qualitative research to inform decision-making
- Engage in stakeholder management across complex business environments
- Work with technically advanced products (primarily B2B and B2C, including MCE products)
- Develop and refine usability guides to support product development
- Experience with Figma is a plus
- Strong background in usability testing and user research
- Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, technical setting
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in research and product strategy
Pay Range: $70/hr-$72/hr
