Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Summary:

Responsibilities:
- The Controls Engineer will be responsible for developing powertrain controls requirements based on machine performance and functional requirements
- Utilize tools for CAN Development like Vector CANape, CANalyzer or ATI Vision to validate powertrain control features through simulation and lab development.
- This team does a lot of simulation with controls against plant models.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of actual work experience working on systems in Powertrain space - (diesel electric, battery electric or a hybrid of the two).
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree with focus on controls (powertrain, electromechanical, transmission or hybrid controls)
- Experience using model- based control development tools like MATLAB, Simulink or Stateflow.
- Experience using CAN development tools like Venctor CANape or CANalyzer.
