Were seeking an experiencedGlobal ERP & Applications Managerto lead the strategy, support, and evolution of our global business applications, including SAP ERP, INFOR Planning, IBM Maximo, Workday, and more. Youll manage internal teams and external partners to ensure reliable performance, drive application innovation, and align technology with business goals.
This role is onsite with the exception of 1 day a week working remotely. It offers a competitive salary plus bonus, benefits, PTO, and 401k.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the global IT applications strategy
  • Lead support teams to deliver high-quality service across key enterprise applications
  • Manage third-party vendors and ensure effective governance
  • Oversee full project lifecycles from planning to implementation
  • Act as a strategic advisor within the IT leadership team
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree with 5+ years managing enterprise applications
  • Expertise in SAP, HR/Finance systems, Middleware (WebMethods), and SQL
  • Strong vendor management and budgeting skills
  • Proven experience in change management and application upgrades
  • Analytical, business-focused, and solutions-oriented
